Getting started with Alenvar English - Vietnamese
How does Alenvar English - Vietnamese help me learn words?
Vocabulary is grouped into 60 topics and familiar situations. See images, listen to words and examples, use Vietnamese explanations when needed and practise recognition, recall and use.
Can I look up words instead of following a learning path?
Yes. The system supports flexible lookup and topic-by-topic learning.
How does Alenvar help me review?
Today’s plan prioritises content due for review, combining active recall and spaced practice to strengthen memory.
Where can I download Alenvar?
Official download links will appear on the App release page when available. Android is preparing for release; iOS is in development. Try a lesson on the website now.
How do plan device limits work?
Allowances follow the current plan configuration shown on Learning plans and My devices. Family limits apply separately to each member; accounts do not share a device allowance.
Does Family share learning progress?
Each member keeps a separate account, progress, history and devices. Family shares learning access; the owner manages invitations and members without viewing another member’s detailed progress.
Do I need to sign in immediately?
The website trial needs no account. On supported app versions, start with a guest or Google account. Guests may still have an account ID and server progress; guest access does not mean complete anonymity.
Does the app need Internet access?
Yes, for authentication, new content and sync. Downloaded sessions may continue offline with available content. Images, audio not yet downloaded and pending sync data require a connection.
Does Google sign-in let Alenvar read my email?
No. Sign-in uses basic identity to recognise your account. It does not request Gmail or Google Drive access or receive your Google password.
What do AV points and badges mean?
These milestones recognise learning activity in the app. AV points are not money, certificates or a guarantee of proficiency or exam scores.
What is included in website Listening lessons?
Watch YouTube videos, study English notes with Vietnamese support, explore vocabulary and answer review questions. Alenvar-authored notes are clearly labelled and are not verbatim video transcripts.
